We are looking for a person who will take full ownership of the region: market, growth strategy, partnerships, data-driven marketing, revenue, and P&L.

The Head of Growth manages the international direction as a separate business and is responsible for its P&L, strategy, marketing, partnerships, and distribution. This is not a functional role within a ready-made process, nor a position of a representative who communicates decisions from the head office. You will formulate the strategy together with the CEO and be solely responsible for the results.

What is important to us:

— Senior/executive-level experience in consumer travel (OTA, travel apps, marketplaces) — Experience in launching and scaling new markets — Experience working at the active growth stage, not just operational management — Fluent English and Russian — Residence in the USA/Central Europe
