Experience that is important to us:
- in the travel-tech, EdTech, service marketplaces, ticketing and event services industries for the last 3-5 years in a similar role
- launching a new direction from scratch, scaling a business, or operational transformation
- experience working in companies with approximately 50–200 employees, under limited resources and without a large corporate apparatus.
Professional competencies:
- Confident management of P&L, unit economics, and financial indicators
- Ability to build an execution system: tasks, deadlines, responsibility, control, and achievement of results
- Ability to manage strong autonomous teams and achieve results without relying solely on formal authority.
