Freedom Travel (Aviata.kz)** — 15 years in the market, 300 partner airlines, and over 20 million tickets sold. We are part of Freedom Lifestyle and are currently scaling our product to international markets.

We are looking for a Head of Growth simultaneously for three markets: Central Europe, Turkey, and the USA. These are separate positions for each region, so deep knowledge of the chosen market is especially important to us.

We need a person who will take full ownership of the region: formulate the strategy together with the CEO and be responsible for its implementation, business growth, marketing, partnerships, distribution, revenue, and P&L.

This is not a representative role for the head office, nor a functional position within an established process. The Head of Growth is the owner of the region as an independent business with full responsibility for the results.

What is important to us: — senior/executive-level experience in consumer travel: OTA, travel apps, marketplaces — experience in launching and scaling new markets — experience working at the active growth stage, not just operational management — deep understanding of the chosen market and the travel ecosystem within the region — fluent English and Russian — the candidate currently lives in the chosen region and has the right to work there
