People Partner Lead

Trinity Private School is an international private school in Cyprus, operating under the International Baccalaureate (IB). At Trinity, we believe a school is more than a place to learn. We are looking for a professional who will drive employee lifecycle processes, support team development, and help build our core HR practices: an empathetic, results-driven People Partner Lead who will become a pillar for our teams and take care of Trinity's people, from hiring and development to feedback and everyday support.

Responsibilities:

• Own the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to offboarding procedures
• Maintain and improve core policies, and implement HR practices
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Support the HR department's operational tasks, helping teams and employees follow policies and procedures effectively
• Lead HR initiatives: manage wellbeing programs and organize internal events
• Embed Trinity's values into everyday work
• Hold regular one on one meetings and support managers in employee relations cases
• Analyze HR metrics and feedback to improve and automate internal HR processes

What matters:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience designing, organizing, and implementing HR processes
• Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR practices
• Experience working with stakeholders and resolving conflicts
• Ability to proactively identify and manage people related risks and opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and show empathy
• Openness to new ideas and a proactive approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Focus on quality and results
• English level B2, Russian
