In T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff), we are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to head the analytics team and establish systematic data work.
You will be responsible for developing the team, shaping processes, improving analytics quality, and implementing standards that will allow for scaling results and enhancing the impact of data on business decisions. This role combines management and deep expertise: you will not only lead the direction but also participate in analytics yourself—diving into data, building reports, analyzing metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. It is important to be able to explain complex concepts in simple terms and work effectively at the intersection of business, products, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the BI analyst team: setting goals, planning and prioritizing tasks, employee development, regular feedback.
- Build effective interaction with product teams and business stakeholders: help formulate requests, translate business tasks into analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain BI workflows: from requesting and designing dashboards to supporting and developing existing solutions.
- Ensure the quality of analytical products: correctness of metrics, clarity of logic, readability, and visual quality of dashboards.
- Participate in complex and key analytical tasks (hands-on): metric design, report structure, team solution review.
- Develop the BI direction within the platform: visualization approaches, best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Work with the Proteus (Apache Superset) analytical platform and participate in its development with technical teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in BI or data analytics.
- Experience managing an analytics team.
- Experience building metrics, preparing analytical reports, and dashboards for business.
- Practical experience with BI tools: Apache Superset, Proteus, or equivalents.
- Experience interacting with product teams and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to prepare reports used for decision-making.
- Ability to combine a managerial role with independent analytical work.
Conditions and Benefits:
- Work in the office or remotely – by agreement.
- Opportunity to work in an accredited IT company.
- Voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage, including check-ups, reimbursement for medication purchases, and preferential insurance terms for relatives. Also, accident and illness insurance.
- Career growth: take courses in soft and hard skills, develop with mentor support, and advance your level with a competency matrix and regular reviews.
- Strong community. You will work with experts in their field, share knowledge, present at conferences, attend meetups, and write articles.
- Online consultations with psychologists, lawyers, financial and health experts.
- Reimbursement for sports club memberships, the T-Sport app for online classes, and team training with colleagues.
- 3 additional days to your vacation – can be used for rest or compensated.
- Special rates on T-Bank products and a wide discount program from partners.
- Competitive salary – discussed during the interview.
