PR Manager | TrafficStars 💙 Limassol | Full-time
We’re looking for a PR Manager to build and own global PR at TrafficStars. This isn’t about distributing press releases. We need someone who knows how to create visibility, shape perception, and turn PR into a growth channel. You’ll define how TrafficStars shows up in the market - what we say, where we appear, and how we become part of the industry conversation. The role reports directly to the CMO and has a direct impact on brand positioning and inbound demand.
What You’ll Own:
🔹 Build and execute PR strategy from the ground up 🔹 Grow TrafficStars’ presence in key industry media 🔹 Secure features, interviews, expert commentary, and thought leadership 🔹 Build long-term relationships with journalists and editors 🔹 Shape narratives and positioning across global markets 🔹 Drive PR content: articles, insights, reports, and opinions 🔹 Connect PR to traffic, inbound leads, and client acquisition 🔹 Track share of voice, media reach, traffic impact, and inbound quality 🔹 Work closely with Marketing and Sales to support pipeline growth 🔹 Manage PR agencies and external partners with a focus on ROI 🔹 Adapt messaging for North American and Asian markets What We Expect 🔹 5+ years in PR / Communications 🔹 Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Advertising 🔹 Proven ability to secure relevant industry media coverage 🔹 Experience working with global markets 🔹 Strong media instincts, writing, and storytelling skills 🔹 Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach 🔹 Understanding of how PR impacts traffic, brand, and business growth
Strong Plus:
🔹 Existing relationships with industry media 🔹 Performance marketing or ad exchange experience 🔹 Understanding of B2B lead generation
