Senior Analyst-Developer for the FinAssistant Team

FinAssistant is a large-scale technological product encompassing LLM, AI agents, and RAG technologies. We aim to use it to automate the support chat in the Yandex Pay application.

We are looking for a strong analyst-developer to join our team and help us achieve our goal. If you enjoy non-standard tasks, are passionate about LLMs, and want to build working solutions based on them, we look forward to your resume.

Tasks you will work on

Develop the assistant For this, you will proactively search for errors in the assistant's operation, research and design user scenarios for LLM agents: analyzing the user's task, planning, selecting appropriate tools at each iteration of plan execution.

Analyze data and formulate hypotheses There are no universal solutions in our work—so you will need to formulate hypotheses based on data together with the product team. You must find insights and turn them into real product solutions.

Develop the assistant's response quality evaluation system You will work with large volumes of data labeling, create benchmarks and metrics.

We expect you

• Program in Python and know SQL
• Think analytically, able to formalize complex business requirements
• Are independent and ready to take responsibility for the full cycle of AI solution development

Will be a plus

• Have experience in NLP
• Have participated in developing product AI solutions
• Understand how LLMs work, have used them in daily life or pet projects
• Know how RAG and agent systems are built
