Senior ML Developer (NLP/LLM) for the NeuroSales Product Team

We are a team developing a new AI product for small and medium-sized businesses — NeuroSales. Our ambitious goal is to create an AI assistant that doesn't just automate, but qualitatively enhances and accelerates sales, performing at the level of the best professional managers.

Over the past year, we have launched three services on the market that are already benefiting millions of Yandex users: * Alisa Pro * Neurolawyer * Neurosupport

Now we want to launch another product that will be no less useful to Yandex and the business as a whole. We face many challenges and ambitious tasks with significant financial impact. We are looking for an experienced ML developer to strengthen our team and achieve the desired result.

To solve all the tasks set, it is necessary to work with a large ML model pipeline, including recognizing user utterances, generating model responses, and the "agent brain" of the entire system, which can consider the current communication context with the user and the global information we know about them.

At the same time, from the perspective of ML development, these tasks have no ready-made solutions. On one hand, the system must be able to communicate well with the client in dialogue mode, but on the other hand, unlike most dialogue systems, the primary value lies not so much in a single model response, but in achieving the final result — closing a deal. This combination of local and integral objective functions results in an extremely non-trivial RL training formulation.

Lead Generation You will be developing and improving the search for promising clients within the Yandex ecosystem.

Customer Support Throughout the Deal Stages You will create intelligent agents to guide deals in a dialogue mode via voice and text channels.

Creating a Copilot for Managers You will need to develop a smart assistant that suggests optimal communication strategies to managers in real-time.

We expect you to

• Have developed products based on LLMs and released them to production
• Understand the architecture and training principles of modern LLMs
• Be well-versed in Python and proficient in SQL
• Have experience evaluating and validating ML models
• Be ready for challenges, bold tasks, and working in a startup mode
