ML Team Lead for the Neurojurist Service

Neurojurist has already become the leading solution and market leader in legal AI technologies in Russia. The service is actively growing and scaling. We are looking for a team lead to head the ML team for this product.

What tasks await you

Development of the ML platform You will be improving LLM and RAG pipelines: optimizing components (embedder, reranker), working on prompt engineering, and handling response reliability (confident generation).

Fine-tuning and Scaling You will fine-tune LLM/ML models, including those with reinforcement, in collaboration with Yandex's core technology teams. You will need to scale production solutions: latency, scalability, model monitoring.

Product Development You will be responsible for product development and improving the quality of Neurojurist's answers.

Management and Strategy You will lead the team: set goals, decompose tasks, and organize the workflow. You will also define the technical ML strategy and build the roadmap for the assistant's development.

We expect that you

• Have over three years of experience in ML, NLP, or LLM projects, including production systems
• Have worked with LLM, RAG
• Are interested in agents
• Can work strategically, translating business problems into ML solutions
• Are proficient in Python

Will be a plus

• Have performed fine-tuning of complex RAG pipelines
• Have developed LLM agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, etc.)
• Have participated in the development of conversational services
• Have an understanding of the legal field
