What does a mentor do?
- Answers students' questions in chat and helps with difficulties throughout the entire learning process.
- Conducts workshops — online sessions following a given template, in which students actively participate; moderates, initiates dialogue, answers questions.
- Helps and guides students in setting goals, reflecting, drawing conclusions, and being independent.
- Conducts Q&A sessions — informal online sessions where students ask questions about tools and their specific usage.
What do we expect from you?
- Current 1C analyst or functional architect with 4+ years of experience
- Participated in implementation projects with a team of 4+ people
- Willingness to share your experience and skills with junior specialists
- Proficient in the key topics of the course or willing to quickly master them:
- Understanding the project lifecycle and the role of a 1C analyst at each stage, participation in projects at different stages
- Software requirements gathering, knowledge of goal-setting principles, various requirements elicitation techniques, modeling of as-is and to-be business processes.
- Software requirements development
- Proficient in 1C query language at a basic level (selecting from one or more tables)
- Understand the capabilities of the 1C platform, know one or more 1C configurations at an advanced level.
