A Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- Finds channels that can drive real users and revenue
- Tests ideas quickly using imperfect data
- Automates repeatable processes
- Negotiates partnerships that compound over time
This is a hands-on role. You will execute, measure, iterate, and scale.
What you will work on
Creator & Partner Growth
- Identify creators and influencers who can drive high-quality users.
- Design and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, rev share, performance-based deals).
- Launch, manage, and optimize creator campaigns end-to-end.
- Track performance and double down on what works.
Analytics & Decision-Making
- Build and maintain simple Excel / Google Sheets models to:
- Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Evaluate ROI of partnerships
- Decide which creators to scale or cut
- Turn messy data into clear actions.
Automation & Scale
- Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
- Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
- Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
- Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
- Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
- Learn quickly and iterate.
