Job Description: Director is required for the engineering and technical block in KONAev city

Requirements: Higher education (IT/telecom - preferred); Experience of 4+ years in a similar role, management experience of 2+ years; Experience in project implementation and interaction with government structures; Skills in managing contractors and operational activities; Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Jira, Confluence; Developed managerial, communication, and analytical skills.
