We are an international digital project operating in rapidly growing foreign markets.

We are currently looking for a strong fintech analyst/researcher who doesn't just collect information, but finds and VALIDATES fintech business models: conducts customer development with real clients, analyzes competitors by name, and calculates unit economics — so that we can clearly understand which product is truly needed by the market. This is a key person who helps the founder quickly choose strong directions and make pivots in time.

What you will be doing: • Conducting research on fintech trends, markets, and business models (EM + globally) with figures and sources. • Customer Development: conducting interviews with potential clients (in English), distinguishing real demand from polite "yes". • Validating demand: testing hypotheses cheaply and quickly (interviews, landing pages, surveys) and giving an honest go/kill conclusion with evidence. • Analyzing competitors — by name: who, what they do, price, size, where the gap is. • Working with unit economics and financial modeling — calculating whether the business makes sense. • Presenting conclusions concisely and to the point (cards/short reports), without fluff.

Requirements: • Experience in fintech / product / venture / consulting (product research, analytics) - mandatory • Ability to conduct interviews and draw conclusions, not just google and present nicely. • Strong analytical mindset, independence, speed. • Honesty and skepticism: the ability to say "this idea won't take off" with arguments. • English — fluent (for conducting customer development and reading sources); Russian — for working with the team.

Will be a plus: • Experience launching 0→1 products; experience in emerging markets (LatAm/Africa/SEA/CIS). • Financial modeling, unit economics. • Background from fintech-VC (QED/Ribbit-type), venture studios (Antler/Hexa), consulting (11:FS-type) or ex-operator (Revolut/Nubank/Wise/Kaspi etc.).
