Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists. For over 4 years, we have been scaling traffic arbitrage projects with a focus on iGaming. We are developing our own infrastructure and are looking for specialists who will help us provide media buying with high-quality Google Ads accounts and continuously improve farming processes.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and improve Google Ads account farming schemes
- Farm, warm up, and prepare accounts for launching advertising campaigns
- Work with verifications, appeals, payment services, proxies, and anti-detect browsers
- Transfer prepared accounts to media buyers and ensure a stable flow of high-quality accounts
- Optimize farming processes, reduce cost price, and adapt schemes to changes in Google policies
Our expectations:
- Google Ads farming experience of 2+ years in an arbitrage or media buying team
- Practical experience with high-risk verticals (iGaming, etc.)
- Understanding of the full account preparation cycle: registration, warming up, verification, recovery, and launch
- Experience with anti-detect browsers, proxies, payment solutions, and services for passing verifications
- Knowledge of Google Ads policies and reasons for blocking, ability to quickly find solutions for platform changes
- Availability of confirmed cases with specific results
