Developer for Delivery Robot Team

In the Autonomous Transport division, we create and scale solutions that operate in the real physical world and are integrated into complex logistics and operational processes.

A new technical direction is being launched within the robotics delivery division. This is a research-product initiative, within which we will define the system architecture and key technological approaches: from perception and planning to operation and scaling. We are looking for a strong developer to join a team that will go from the first prototypes to a mature product.

What tasks await you

Developing new algorithms New operating conditions require both deep optimization of the performance, memory, and latency of existing algorithms and developing new ones to meet system requirements. Therefore, we expect you to be capable of creating, analyzing, and adapting algorithms.

Deployment A delivery robot is a complex system of many modules. Developing a module is not enough — it must be integrated into the process and supported during testing and experiments. You will be writing reliable, testable code that allows these modules to work synchronously and under significant loads.

We expect that you

• Have built high-load systems with strict time and quality constraints
• Have excellent command of classic data structures and algorithms
• Know how to profile and optimize code
• Confidently use C++
• Can explain your decisions and defend them against opponents
• Are calm about criticism, know how to work in a team
• Are responsible and organized

Will be a plus

• Familiarity with Python/Go
• Have integrated ML solutions into products
