๐ Vacancy: Spec-Driven Backend Developer (AI-first / Senior)
Company: NDA
Salary: 7000$ gross
Format: Remote
Location: Outside RB and RF (Priority โ Europe)
Team Language: Russian (required)
Who we are looking for in simple terms:
A spec-driven developer who writes almost no code manually. Your value lies in the precision of your thinking: you thoroughly consider the task, write specifications, assign work to AI agents, and accept the results based on evidence, not by eye.
Analogy: a regular developer lays bricks, while you are the foreman with the blueprint. AI is your main executor, and you are responsible for architecture and acceptance.
๐ What you will be doing:
- Clarifying the task before starting (identifying risks and hidden assumptions).
- Writing specifications โ a technical contract for implementation.
- Breaking down work into pieces for AI agents (context, constraints, acceptance criteria).
- Managing AI iterations and strictly reviewing code (logic, concurrency, errors).
- Proving operability: tests, benchmarks, profiling, metrics.
- Systematically closing recurring errors (linters, CI, improving instructions for AI).
โ
Must-have:
Experience: Commercial backend with high-load systems. (Go)
AI Tools: Regular work with agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf). Not just autocompletion!
Specifications: Ability to write clear technical requirements before coding.
Reviews: Strict checking of external and AI-generated code.
Databases: Query plans, indexes, partitioning on production volumes.
Fault Tolerance: Timeouts, retries, graceful shutdown.
Diagnostics: Metrics, logs, profiling.
English: Reading and writing technical texts (prompts, documentation).
๐ Nice-to-have:
- Setting up environments for AI agents (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, MCP).
- Experience with GitHub Spec Kit, Kiro, BMAD, TDD with agents.
- AdTech, analytics, traffic tracking.
- Analytical databases, queues, CI/CD, linters.
