Responsibilities:

• Forming an analytics strategy and building an analytical ecosystem in the company. • Managing a team of analysts (5 people reporting to you): setting goals, prioritizing tasks, coaching. • Developing and implementing a system of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for various departments. • Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. • Optimizing data collection, processing, and storage processes. • Developing a data-driven culture in the company. • Interacting with IT, marketing, sales, finance, and product teams within analytical projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership analytical position. • Deep understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.). • Strong SQL and Python skills. • Team management experience. • Understanding of statistics, data analysis methods, product and business metrics. • Ability to transform data into recommendations understandable for the business. • Presentation skills, structural thinking, and project management skills. • Plus: experience with ML models, ETL processes, Data Warehouse.
