Responsibilities:**

• Developing an analytics strategy and building an analytical ecosystem within the company. • Managing a team of analysts (5 people reporting to you): setting goals, prioritizing tasks, coaching. • Developing and implementing a system of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for various departments. • Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. • Optimizing data collection, processing, and storage processes. • Fostering a data-driven culture within the company. • Collaborating with IT, marketing, sales, finance, and product teams on analytical projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership analytical position. • Deep understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.). • Strong SQL and Python skills. • Team management experience. • Understanding of statistics, data analysis methods, product, and business metrics. • Ability to translate data into understandable recommendations for the business. • Presentation, structured thinking, and project management skills. • Bonus points for: experience with ML models, ETL processes, Data Warehouse.
