Responsibilities:**
- Developing an analytics strategy and building an analytical ecosystem within the company.
- Managing a team of analysts (5 direct reports): setting goals, prioritizing tasks, coaching.
- Developing and implementing a system of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for various departments.
- Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Optimizing data collection, processing, and storage processes.
- Fostering a data-driven culture in the company.
- Collaborating with IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams on analytical projects.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership analytical position.
- Deep understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.).
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Team management experience.
- Understanding of statistics, data analysis methods, product, and business metrics.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Presentation, structured thinking, and project management skills.
- Plus: experience with ML models, ETL processes, Data Warehouse.
