Responsibilities
- Researching business processes and customer journeys subject to automation
- Interacting with the client to gather information, formulating business requirements
- Developing and agreeing on requirements for automated systems and integrations with related systems
- Decomposing business requirements into a backlog of tasks for development
- Preparing technical documentation for system functionality and integration interfaces
- Participating in architectural decisions, testing, acceptance, and system implementation
- Interacting with developers and business clients in an Agile format
- Performing architectural supervision over the contractor.
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- At least five years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience participating in large-scale, full-cycle automation projects
- Knowledge of business process modeling notations
- Knowledge in the field of application architecture
- Ability to model customer journeys
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and describing requirements
- Excellent communication skills with clients and developers, developed communication abilities
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, main software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience in team development using Confluence, Jira
- Knowledge of main software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)
- Knowledge of database fundamentals, software testing, and deployment
- Skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- Instrumental use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
