Now we are looking for a System Analyst, to join our friendly team!
Your tasks will include
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements.
- Developing technical and project documentation in accordance with GOST.
- Forming technical specifications and development requirements.
- Designing and describing architectural, functional, and integration schemes.
- Describing and modeling business processes in BPMN notation.
- Decomposing business requirements and large tasks into functional requirements and development tasks.
- Developing system use cases, including main and alternative scenarios.
- Coordinating requirements and design solutions with clients, developers, and architects.
- Supporting requirements at all stages of implementation and participating in acceptance testing.
We expect you to have
- At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst.
- Experience in independent collection, analysis, and formalization of requirements.
- Experience in developing technical specifications and project documentation according to GOST.
- Proficient knowledge of BPMN and practical experience in modeling business processes.
- Ability to read and independently create architectural, functional, and integration diagrams.
- Skills in decomposing complex requirements and setting tasks for the development team.
- Understanding of information system design principles and their component interaction.
- Ability to identify contradictions and gaps in requirements and propose solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both the development team and business representatives.
