Looking for a Product Manager to join the team for the development of products in the Contact Center domain of TSUM (tsum.ru).
What the role entails: • Automate customer service processes (eliminate manual labor) • Scale AI tools (we already have the base, we want more) • Change CJM in the mobile application • Work with data, not intuition
Who we are looking for: • A product manager with systemic thinking and strong soft skills • With experience in complex products (ideally, automation of internal services) • Someone not afraid to take responsibility for results, calculate effects, and justify priorities
