Responsibilities:
- Conduct an audit of call center processes, accounting, and content for search, and prioritize processes and scenarios for automation;
- A lot of work with data, a new project for call center robotization, implementing a robot into our scenarios to reduce labor costs;
- Implementing machine learning into our processes;
- Build effective inter-team interaction processes and participate in building processes within the team;
- Actively participate in shaping the product strategy;
- Participate in forming quarterly product goals and be responsible for their achievement together with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing B2B products or internal automation projects;
- Experience in automating support services (internal, external models);
- Ability to work with analytics (ideally SQL knowledge);
- Experience with integration with third-party solutions;
- Ability to formulate the data requirements needed to work through a task;
- Ability to prioritize ideas in the backlog and justify product decisions (using numbers, research, experiments);
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with call centers and support services;
- Soft skills that help to be proactive, not be afraid to make mistakes, be able to defend your point of view, approach problem-solving systematically, and be able to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
