We are looking for a Product Manager for the Medical Card team.
Our team is responsible for the profile where we collect up-to-date and complete information about our users' health. We also manage the history of consultations, test results, examinations, and are responsible for forming and managing treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the medical card in the mobile app and web;
- Motivate users to get treatment and fill in more information about themselves so that our assistance is even more effective and timely;
- Track and save the entire process of our users taking care of their health;
- Make the treatment history more informative and functional;
- Figure out how to use current data to make the experience of interacting with the medical card as personalized as possible;
- Conduct research, interviews, A/B tests, and everything else that will help you form and test hypotheses, and then turn them into tasks for the team;
- Manage the product roadmap, monitor deadlines and quality of implementation;
- Be responsible for key product and business metrics, and achieving goals for them;
- Work within a product team with a tech lead, be responsible for a feature from hypothesis to production release;
- Build interaction with related teams when working on cross-functional tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager;
- You can work independently, prioritize tasks and justify your decisions, not afraid of numbers and metrics;
- You can conduct research yourself and apply the results in your work;
- We work without project managers, so we expect you to have basic technical literacy and understanding of development stages;
- You are not afraid of cross-team features, but you can challenge the necessity of their implementation;
- Ability to negotiate and fulfill agreements.
