⚡️ Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in team management and regional launch
• Practical experience with payment systems and local channels
• English and Russian — B1+, Arabic will be an advantage
• Readiness for office format

— Proactive, responsible, able to work in a team

— Able to coordinate team work and control KPIs
— Plus: experience in marketing, brand development, analytics (ELK, Grafana, Tableau, BI)

🔻 Your responsibilities:
— Coordination of the MENA team's work
— Setting up payment solutions and quality control
— Development and implementation of marketing strategies
— Analysis of the local market and brand development
— Launch and monitoring of business processes and payment methods
— Searching for and connecting partners in the region
