⚡️ Mandatory requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or acquiring
• Experience interacting with payment providers/aggregators in B2B
• Understanding of processes: approval rate, routing, limits
• Negotiation and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
• English language proficiency from B2

🔻 You are: — Proactive, able to work in a multitasking environment — Result-oriented, able to bring tasks to completion — Possess strong communication skills — A plus: experience in iGaming, working with multiple GEOs, PSPs, and aggregators

🔻 Your responsibilities: — Searching for and onboarding new payment systems and aggregators — Conducting negotiations and managing the contract database — Provider onboarding: KYC, compliance — Launching new payment methods and analyzing their effectiveness (conversion, rejections, limits) — Optimizing commissions and increasing approval rate — Interacting with Product, Tech, Finance, and Support teams
