Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI agents across our clinical operations. You will be responsible for creating intelligent systems that enhance patient interactions, streamline administrative tasks, and assist medical professionals in providing better care.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
• AI Knowledge: deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and using analytics tools.
• Domain: Experience in HealthTech or MedTech is a significant advantage.

What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI clinicians and support agents.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy high-quality AI models.
• Monitor agent performance, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to improve patient outcomes.
