I've launched over 10 startups and sold two tech companies — Podbor and Potok. Now I'm building a fashion business on marketplaces: in two years, we're reaching 2 billion rubles in revenue from scratch, and next year we aim to grow at least x2. I'm looking for someone who will work directly with me.
Internally, we're more of a tech company: the team is small, but a significant part of the business runs on our own internal system. It includes analytics, marketplace APIs, data pipelines, internal services and interfaces, automation of advertising and operational processes, and bots.
So far, I've been building the system alone with AI agents. It works, but the amount of data is growing, and I need someone to turn it into a platform.
It's not exactly a developer and not exactly an analyst. It's more of a person at the intersection of analytics engineering, software engineering, and product: understanding business tasks, working with data, quickly building solutions with AI agents + ensuring they don't fall apart after a week and can handle growing volumes.
I'm responsible for the product and business. In the beginning, we'll do a lot together, and over time, technical solutions and ownership of the system will transfer to the person in this role.
• develop the system for growing data volumes: orchestration, unified metrics, data quality control; • keep production in shape: reliability of pipelines and automation that moves money, monitoring, backups; • understand business processes and transform team tasks into tools; • help colleagues automate processes using AI.
• AI-native: working with agents: ability to critically evaluate their code, identify bad architecture, bottlenecks, and AI slop; • strong engineering foundation: reliable pipelines on top of third-party APIs, own infrastructure, Linux, Docker, CI/CD; • independence in technical solutions and the ability to explain them in business terms; • a desire to deeply understand the business, not just be a technical executor; • dbt, Airflow, or similar — and understanding when to introduce them — will be a plus.
Interest in fashion / marketplaces is a huge plus.
• strictly full-time; • strictly Moscow, hybrid 2–3 days in the office; • salary target 200–300 thousand rubles per month, but we are open to discussion depending on the candidate's level.
