We're looking for an IT Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and internal systems. In this role, you'll manage our core infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, maintain cloud and on-premise environments, and continuously improve IT operations across the company.

Your main responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructure (GCP required; AWS/Azure wishable ), networks, domains, DNS, VPNs, SFTP, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, VPN certificates, system updates, backups, business applications (M.E.Doc and 1C), and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor system availability, performance, security, and business continuity while managing office LANs and external IT vendors.
• Own IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management), including SLA/SLO monitoring, service desk prioritization, and technical escalations.
• Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors, communicate service impacts, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, asset management, access provisioning, and ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and risk assessments.
