Sales closer (Roblox)

About the role: The largest fund for buying games on Roblox ($6 billion/year market). We are looking for a negotiator who will purchase high-potential games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Game acquisition — lead negotiations for purchase or revenue share
• Portfolio management from $100k to $1M monthly
• Work in Discord — dozens of parallel dialogues
• Average deal cycle 2–3 days, check $30–50k

Our expectations:

• Experience: sales (ideally — in chats, not voice: Upwork, boosting, custom products)

Technical Skills:

• English C1 + understanding of Zoomer slang
• Strong negotiation skills — ability to devise and package a deal for the owner
• Comfortable with numbers — correctly evaluate a game

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in game development (classic games, not gambling-related) or extensive personal gaming experience
• Understanding of Gen Z cultural codes
• It won't be easy — communicating with freedom-loving Zoomers, every word impacts the deal
