About the role: The largest fund for acquiring games in Roblox (market $6 billion/year). We are looking for a negotiator who will purchase high-potential games.

Main responsibilities: 🔸 Game acquisition — conduct negotiations for purchase or equity participation 🔸 Portfolio management from $100k to $1M monthly 🔸 Work in Discord — dozens of parallel dialogues 🔸 Average deal cycle 2–3 days, check $30–50k

Our expectations: Experience: sales (ideally — in chats, not voice: Upwork, boosting, custom products) Technical skills: 🔸 English C1 + understanding of Zoomer slang 🔸 Strong negotiation skills — ability to come up with and package a deal for the owner 🔸 Good with numbers — correctly evaluate a game

Additional requirements: 🔸 Experience in game development (classic games, not gambling-related) or extensive personal gaming experience 🔸 Understanding of Generation Z cultural code 🔸 It won't be easy — communicating with freedom-loving Zoomers, every word affects the deal

Advantages: 🔸 Experience in B2B boxes — but be prepared that the dynamics here are completely different
