Location/Citizenship: RF. ⏳ Vacancy Validity: until 22.10.2026. 📌 Important: Candidates with an experience relevance of 85% or more are considered (outsourcing position). 🧩 About the project: Development and expertise of procurement and document management systems based on 1C platforms. The role involves deep immersion in business processes, designing target solutions, and technical leadership in the SRM direction. 🚀 Key Tasks: — Expertise in 1C:SRM Procurement at the requirements clarification and solution design stages. — Analysis of business requirements, conducting Fit/Gap analysis. — Estimation of development efforts and architectural solution design. — Interaction with the team in the direction: task distribution, problem analysis, and identification of bottlenecks in current solutions. — Establishing effective communication with clients to agree on target processes. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): — Experience with 1C from 5 years. — CRITICAL: Experience in implementing at least 3 projects as an architect or team lead specifically in the 1C:SRM Procurement direction. — Skills in analyzing business requirements, conducting Fit/Gap analysis, and estimating developments. — Higher education. — Specialized courses/certification in 1C:SRM Procurement. 💡 Will be a significant plus: — Experience with the 1C:Document Management configuration. — Ability to build constructive communication with demanding business clients. — Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data structuring and task trackers (Jira, Yandex Tracker, and similar). 🤝 Soft Skills Requirements: — High communication skills and stress resistance. — Systemic thinking and the ability to see the big picture. — Leadership qualities for coordinating team work.
