☑️ Responsibilities
- Develop target business processes together with process owners
- Design solutions for the development of existing information systems and the transition to 1C:ERP
- Make architectural decisions on the automation of operational processes (purchasing and sales)
- Development, audit, and delivery of project documentation, including terms of reference, test scenarios, user instructions, etc.
- Design integrations with related systems and data models
- Conduct architectural reviews of requirements, design solutions, and analytical documentation
- Coordinate the work of analysts in their domain
- Participate in the acceptance of implemented solutions and monitor compliance with the architecture
- Develop team architectural standards
☑️ Candidate Profile
- Experience as a 1C functional architect or lead analyst
- Experience participating in 1C:ERP implementation projects
- Deep knowledge of processes:
- Operational budgeting
- Purchasing
- Sales
- Primary documents for regulatory accounting (receipts, sales, invoices, adjustments, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of functionality and understanding of the architecture of standard 1C:ERP
- Experience in conducting surveys and managing requirements
- Experience in designing integrations
- BPMN, UML, process modeling
- Experience in requirements management and conducting architectural reviews
- Will be a plus:
- Experience participating in projects to transition to 1C:ERP
- 1C:Professional and 1C:Specialist-Consultant for 1C:ERP certificates
- Understanding of the principles of building integration architecture and distributed corporate systems
- Experience in forming architectural standards and developing a team of analysts
