We are seeking a strong leader with experience specifically in iGaming / gambling (or related fields: crypto, fintech, payments) who can manage a team, develop processes, and influence key sales metrics.

— Manage the sales team and achieve team KPIs — Monitor the funnel, conversions, and quality of managers' work — Develop sales scripts and processes — Participate in hiring and onboarding managers, conduct training, reviews, and 1:1 meetings. — From 2 years of sales experience — Sales team management experience — iGaming / gambling experience is mandatory — Strong sales and KPI management skills — Experience with CRM and analytics — Russian — fluent, English — B1 and above • Remote work format or office in Moscow • 5/2, flexible start from 10:00 to 14:00 (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch). • After the probation period — compensation for sports, psychologist, and training
