Analyst

Hello! I'm looking for a strong analyst to join my team, with whom we will improve our gaming direction together. I've been working in analytics for over 10 years, and 5 of those in leadership positions. I won't be giving you tasks like "calculate a metric" – I'll be posing questions that we'll find answers to together. I believe that an analyst grows not through complex SQL queries, but through complex decisions. Therefore, in my team, you will not be an executor, but a full-fledged product owner – with the right to voice and real influence on what we do. Over the years, I've realized that the main difference between Fanflow and other companies is that for us, analytics is not just a function (build, calculate, etc.) but a full-fledged partner in decision-making – a true data-driven approach. This can be a downside – if you're afraid to take responsibility, want structured tasks, and a clear hierarchy. We work exclusively in the office because it allows us to stay in context and remain effective.
