⚡️International iGaming company is looking for a Chief Data & Analytics Officer.⚡️ #vacancy 📍 **What you will do: ** ✅Lead the BI/Analytics/DS/DE team: hiring, organizational structure, competencies, performance. ✅Set up a flexible delivery model: 2-week sprints, backlog, WIP limits, retrospectives. ✅Present prioritized data to Product, Marketing, and Risk departments, and translate it into business results for the CEO and Board of Directors. ✅Create a unified data trust system: owners, data contracts, DQ tests (freshness, completeness, uniqueness, consistency), lineage, and metadata catalog. ✅Implement a full data management lifecycle: from PII classification and DLP to RBAC/ABAC, audit, and incident response. ✅Launch a "Metrics Book" and an RFC process for changes. ✅Build certified data sources: executive dashboards, auto-refresh reports, SLA notifications, and eliminate manual data extraction. ✅Ensure self-service analytics with reporting tools, data mart standards, and business access. ✅Establish a "single source of truth" for all KPIs: LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, and protect them from "internal" versions. ✅Optimize data costs: from storage to queries with detailed FinOps and cost monitoring. Configure DR/backup, audit, RBAC/ABAC. ✅Ensure reconciliation between systems and regular consistency checks. ✅Make A/B testing a standard: experiment registry, power analysis, post-mortems, and automated decision-making. ✅Implement data-review rituals and one-pager reports so that every product decision has an evidence base. ✅Develop an AI roadmap with a focus on value/risk: from recommendations to anti-fraud models. ✅Build an ML lifecycle: feature store, offline/online validation, drift monitoring, guardrails, and risk management. ✅Launch A/B testing on models so that AI not only works but also brings measurable ROI.

**Who we are looking for: ** ✅Over 8 years of experience in data/analytics, including experience leading a data function (Head/Director/VP/CDO) in a digital business with rapid changes and a distributed team. ✅Practical experience in building Data Governance: from policies to data contracts and incident management. ✅Understanding of data architecture: lakehouse, batch/stream, CDC, schema versioning, marts. ✅Successful experience in implementing A/B testing as a culture. ✅Experience in implementing AI/ML in products with a focus on production monitoring and risk management. ✅Knowledge of data security & compliance at the level of GDPR, ePrivacy, MGA, and other iGaming regulators. ✅A leader, not just a manager: able to persuade, negotiate, defend priorities, and speak the CEO's language. ✅Fluent in English and ready to work in an international environment.
