⚡️ We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an international iGaming project, who will be responsible for building and scaling the operational model of product development. 📍Cyprus (Limassol) #vacancy
Responsibilities:
— Build the operational model of product development: structure, areas of responsibility, RACI implementation. — Manage the end-to-end delivery process: from task assignment to release and stabilization. — Develop the planning system and accelerate time-to-market. — Implement and develop OKRs/KPIs at the team and departmental levels. — Conduct ops and business reviews, analyze the results of releases and initiatives. — Ensure quality: quality gates, incident management, RCA/post-mortem. — Standardize tools and data: task trackers, BI, dashboards, data sources. — Manage operational and vendor risks, work with contractors and partners. — Jointly with Finance, manage budgets, costs, and the resource model. — Ensure compliance with legal and compliance requirements. — Scale the company: hiring, developing leads, launching new directions. — Synchronize with the CEO, Finance, Legal, and related teams on priorities and roadmap.
We are looking for:
— A specialist with 8+ years of experience in operational management of technology products, development, or digital business. — A leader with experience managing large cross-functional organizations of 100+ employees, including product, engineering, QA, analytics, and tech ops. — A professional with experience in implementing OKRs/KPIs, RACI, ops rituals, and delivery management systems. — A candidate with an understanding of the operational and financial model: budgets, timelines, quality, performance, risks. — A specialist with experience in building "task-to-release" processes, standardization, and automation. — A leader with strong communication skills and the ability to balance the interests of business and development. — Experience interacting with Finance, Legal, and compliance functions. — English language proficiency from B2 level. — Developed systemic thinking, independence, and high responsibility.
