An international iGaming project is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead the development of the operational model for product development and help scale the business.

Key responsibilities: • Building and developing the company's operational model • Managing the delivery process from idea to release • Implementing OKR/KPI, RACI, and operational processes • Scaling teams, processes, and product development • Managing budgets, resources, risks, and contractors • Interacting with the CEO and C-level team on strategic initiatives

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has 8+ years of experience in operational management of technology products or digital business ✔️ Has managed cross-functional teams of 100+ people ✔️ Has experience in building delivery processes and scaling organizations ✔️ Has worked with OKR/KPI, RACI, budgets, and operational efficiency ✔️ Has English language proficiency at B2+ level
