Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NEXA CORE

NEXA CORE is a technology company in the digital performance sphere, operating at the intersection of AI, virtual influence, and social commerce. We need a strong operational leader who has already scaled businesses in: affiliate marketing, iGaming / crypto, or high-load e-commerce.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Full operational management of scaling strategy
• Coordination of teams: sales, creative, tech support
• Optimization of processes for profitability and efficiency
• Implementation of analytics systems and real-time monitoring
• Control of digital infrastructure (anti-detect, proxy, multi-account systems)
• Building sustainable and scalable operational processes

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in operational management in digital / tech (required: affiliate, iGaming, crypto, or e-commerce)
• Experience working in startups or launching projects from scratch
• Understanding of AI integration in content and distribution
• Strong systemic thinking + results orientation
• Ability to work in uncertainty and make quick decisions
