Chief Operating Officer (COO) | International Payment Company

We are an international payment company that is actively scaling its business and expanding its presence in international markets. We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) – a strong operational leader who will help take the business to the next level. This is a key role with a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence the company's development.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage the company's operational activities and develop key business processes; 🔹 Build effective interaction between departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT); 🔹 Optimize and automate operational processes; 🔹 Control operational KPIs and manage risks; 🔹 Interact with banks, payment providers, and strategic partners; 🔹 Manage the team and develop the company's operational function.

We are looking for a candidate who:

✔️ Has experience in a leadership position in a payment company; ✔️ Understands the specifics of international payment business; ✔️ Possesses experience in scaling processes and managing teams; ✔️ Is fluent in Russian and English languages; ✔️ Can make decisions, take responsibility, and build effective processes.
