We are forming a key management team for a large-scale fintech project and are currently seeking several C-level roles.

The project is related to creating a next-generation payment infrastructure for the B2B segment, including technological processing of international payments and integrating operations with Central Banks/Central Financial Authorities.

Currently, the following positions are open on the team:

1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key objective: establish the business's operational model during the launch phase.

Main responsibilities:

• building and optimizing operational processes
• interacting with banks and payment partners
• launching and scaling the operational infrastructure

Key experience:

• fintech / payment organizations / banks
• launching or scaling operational processes
• working with payment infrastructure or financial services

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Building the company's financial architecture.

Main responsibilities:

• developing the business's financial model
• managing liquidity and financial flows
• building a management reporting system

Key experience:

• fintech / financial services / banks
• building the financial function in a fast-growing business
• experience with financial flows and business scaling

3. CTO / Chief Technology Officer

Developing the platform's technological architecture.

Main responsibilities:

• technological strategy and architecture of the payment platform
• developing payment infrastructure and integrations
• ensuring system scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
• building and developing information security and a DevSecOps approach

Key experience:

• developing high-load platforms
• fintech / payment systems / financial services
• experience in building architecture and a technology team
• understanding of information security requirements in financial systems
