Chief Operating Officer / COO (FinTech, Premium Plastic Cards)

About Us: We are an international technology Fintech startup. We are creating an ecosystem of premium plastic cards for VIP clients (HNWI / UHNWI), where high standards of security and service are combined with advanced financial technologies. We focus on clients with a high level of wealth and a need for an individual approach, confidentiality, and a status product. In connection with the product launch and market entry, we are looking for a strong operational leader who will take on the responsibility for building and managing the company's processes.

Responsibilities: ▪️Full operational management of the startup: Building all business processes "from scratch": from product development to market launch and customer service. Responsibility for P&L, expense management, and financial sustainability of the project. ▪️Implementation and integration of fintech solutions that ensure card functionality (processing, working with partner banks). ▪️Building business processes and regulations: Development and implementation of scalable operational systems: from client onboarding (KYC/AML) to post-sales service for premium clients. ▪️Ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence: Working with legislative norms in the fintech sphere, ensuring licensing (if necessary), controlling compliance with international standards. ▪️Managing a cross-functional team: Formation and development of the team — operators, product managers, developers, compliance specialists, and customer service specialists. Setting KPI/OKR, performance management. ▪️Strategy and development: Participation in defining the company's long-term strategy, searching for new markets and partnerships (banks, payment systems).

Key Requirements: ▪️Education: Higher education (finance, economics, management). MBA will be an advantage. ▪️Experience: From 5 years in operational management in FinTech, payment systems, acquiring, or related fields. International card experience is strictly mandatory. ▪️Startup experience from scratch: Proven experience launching products, projects, or business units from scratch, including building processes and teams. ▪️English language proficiency: C1 level and above.

Professional Skills: ▪️Deep understanding of the client lifecycle in Fintech (KYC, transactions, AML, risk control). ▪️Experience interacting with international banks, payment gateways, and regulators. ▪️Skills in budgeting, unit economics, and P&L management. ▪️Understanding of technological processes for plastic card production and security. ▪️Personal qualities: entrepreneurial mindset, systemic thinking, stress resistance, readiness to work in a high-uncertainty startup environment and make independent decisions, honesty, and integrity.
