Chief Operating Officer (COO) | International Payment Company

We are an international payment company that is actively scaling its business and expanding its presence in international markets. We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) — a strong operational leader who will help take the business to the next level.

This is a key role with a high level of independence and the opportunity to directly influence the company's development.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage the company's operational activities and develop key business processes; 🔹 Build effective interaction between departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT); 🔹 Optimize and automate operational processes; 🔹 Control operational KPIs and manage risks; 🔹 Participate in the launch of new products, partnerships, and international projects; 🔹 Interact with banks, payment providers, and strategic partners; 🔹 Manage the team and develop the company's operational function.

We are looking for a candidate who:

✔️ Has experience in a leadership position in a payment company, fintech, EMI, PSP, or banking sector; ✔️ Understands the specifics of the international payment business; ✔️ Has experience in scaling processes and managing teams; ✔️ Is fluent in Russian and English; ✔️ Knows how to make decisions, take responsibility, and build effective processes.
