🧲 Requirements: – 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within B2C iGaming** **– Solid leadership experience in iGaming B2C in Tier-1 markets – Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing in mature markets – Strong track record of sustainable growth and market share expansion – P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence – Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
