🚀 APERCON is hiring a CEO to launch and lead B2C gambling operations focused on the LATAM market.

Key Responsibilities:

– Launch and lead B2C operations targeting LATAM markets – Define and execute market entry and growth strategy – Build teams, processes, and operational infrastructure from scratch – Own P&L, budgeting, and performance targets – Establish local partnerships and strengthen market presence – Report to shareholders/board on strategy and results

Requirements:

– 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within iGaming – Proven experience launching or scaling B2C gambling/betting products – Strong track record in LATAM markets – P&L ownership and strategic planning skills – Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset – Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
