Hello! We are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack (Python + Vue3) for the development team of an international payment system. The main stack is backend on Python, frontend on Vue3.
Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership of a team (4-6 developers)
- Deep dive into the current architecture + proposing improvements and implementing them
- Making architectural and technical decisions
- Code review, mentoring, team development
- Integrations with external services (payment systems — top priority)
- Close collaboration with PM, analysts, and the client
- Responsibility for the quality, reliability, and performance of the system
We will definitely match if you have:
- 6+ years of commercial development experience (ideally experience in fintech / payments)
- Minimum 3 years in the role of Tech Lead / Team Lead / Senior developer
- Strong backend in Python, confident and quality frontend in Vue3
- Practical understanding of microservice architecture
- A major plus will be real experience integrating with payment gateways and creating payment forms on the frontend
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words and defend your position
- Practical experience in event-driven systems
