About the company and team: We are Fedya Borshchev and Samat Galimov, we consult and write code for interesting businesses: the "Chaika" clinic chain, "VkusVill", "Sincronizatsiya", "Wiren Board". And for startups too. A Lead Developer here is a CTO in a small cross-functional team: you will need to make decisions about technology choices, participate in gathering requirements and project planning, and write code. This role is interesting for those who want to grow into management and their own projects, and less interesting for those who just want to write code for money.

Candidate expectations: We want you to be able to distinguish good code from bad. And not just with the help of cyclomatic complexity and test coverage: it's important that you can distinguish code that solves business problems from code that is written according to the rules but doesn't solve the problems.

Working conditions: Remote work with a completely flexible schedule, four-day work week, weekly sprints. The most important condition for working with us is independence: occasionally clients come to us with a task to create an MVP of something new from scratch, and you should be ready to complete it with minimal help from us: write the first line of code, argue with the business about requirements, deploy to production.
