☑️ Responsibilities
- Active participation in development: microservices in Python
- Participation in the elaboration of technical requirements, architecture, and solution approaches
- Participation in team backlog management, prioritization, and task execution control
- People management: participation in hiring, development, etc.
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Experience as a team lead/code review – at least 1 year
- Experience with AI models and their implementation
- 3 years of commercial backend development in Python
- Understanding of IT system integration methods (buses, queues, APIs)
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Redis, OpenSearch
- Experience with relational databases, solid SQL knowledge
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Understanding of microservice architecture
- Knowledge in BigData (Hadoop, Spark) will be a plus
- Knowledge of process schedulers (AirFlow)
- Experience in the banking sector
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of main development management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge and experience in machine learning
- Experience in managing IT projects, including development and implementation of ML models in production
- Experience developing ML models as a data scientist, data engineer, ML Ops
