We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Tech Lead with deep knowledge of Python, databases, infrastructure, and CI/CD. You will lead a development team and develop a wide range of projects: financial products, CRM systems, and others.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing project architectures, making key technical decisions
- Working with the team: performance reviews and code reviews, task decomposition and prioritization
- Developing microservices with subsequent handover to the team
- Participation in DevOps processes: CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure
- Setting up and supporting monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Responsibility for the technical roadmap of the backend part of the projects
Requirements
- Backend development experience of 6+ years
- Python at a senior level, with an understanding of the language's strengths and weaknesses
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Stack: Django, FastAPI, Celery, asyncio, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes (all projects are containerized)
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
Will be a plus
- Experience with Telegram API (Telethon) and bot development
- Experience in AI/ML: integration of open-source LLMs, understanding which model is suitable for a specific task
- Experience with cryptocurrency: setting up nodes, transaction sending logic, etc.
