💻Position - Data Engineer, DataOps, Senior

⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- RF citizenship and location
- Design and implementation of a data migration strategy (full + incremental, batch processing, downtime minimization)
- Transfer and refactoring of ~1 million lines of PL/SQL code while preserving business logic in the DBMS
- Adaptation of the PL/SQL dialect to the specifics of Q.Database 18, elimination of incompatibilities, query optimization
- Development and launch of scripts for automatic data reconciliation, integrity validation, and regression testing
- Configuration of migration pipelines, versioning of DB objects, integration with CI/CD
- Coordination of work with architects, QA, developers, and DBMS administrators
- Mentoring engineers, code reviews, preparation of runbooks, and handover of the system to operations
- Commercial experience with Oracle DB for 5+ years in Senior/Lead positions
- Mandatory experience in import substitution projects for DBMS (migration from Oracle/MS SQL to Russian/PostgreSQL-compatible platforms)
- Practical experience with Q.Database (setup, development, migration, optimization)
- Deep knowledge of PL/SQL: packages, cursors, dynamic SQL, optimization, working with legacy code
- Experience in migrating and refactoring large volumes of procedural logic (from 500k lines) and data (from 1 TB)
- Confident command of Python/Bash for automating ETL, validation, and orchestration of migration processes
- Understanding of data reconciliation principles, DBMS performance, load planning, and parallelization
- Experience with Git, Liquibase/Flyway or equivalents, understanding of CI/CD for databases
- System thinking, responsibility for data correctness, and adherence to release deadlines. Long-term project, refusal possible in accordance with contract terms if projects are
